The Smarter Way to HOA
Making the experience better for everyone.
Making the experience better for everyone.
In 2018, Jake Christenson founded RowCal in Minnesota on a remarkably simple notion: That HOA communities – and the managers who serve them – deserve better. A former vice president of a national HOA management company, Jake believed that associations were underserved, and that community managers were overwhelmed and under-supported.
That’s why he launched RowCal and The Smarter Way to HOA – a team-based approach that combines exceptional specialists with innovative technology, to give associations the experience they deserve while supporting managers like never before. Each RowCal team includes experts in:
- Community management
- Accounting
- Customer care and support
- Banking and finance
- Construction and maintenance
- Asset management
- Insurance
After gaining significant market share in Twin Cities, Jake took RowCal’s solution to other communities such as Colorado Springs and Denver, Colorado, Austin, Texas, the Los Angeles area, Chicago and more.
Today, though we now successfully manage more than a thousand communities across the country, we’ve never lost our focus on providing the local touch, teams and resources that make a difference for the neighborhoods we serve. And we do everything with a can-do attitude and joyful spirit that put HOA leaders at ease.
